Ok so first confession i don't have a make up bag! I've recently invested in a lovely make up desk with plenty of draws so my ever expanding cosmetics pile can be organised all prettily :) I've also convinced my hubby to build me one of those amazing hollywood style mirrors with the beautiful lights around it, so can't wait!!!!
Ok so this is more of a chance for you guys to see what I use and the brands I favour (at the moment) and pretty much the order i use my products rather than product reviews :). I think a girls make up bag can say a lot about her, just hope mine says all the right stuff :D
Recently I've been trying out a few new products (new to me not really the market) but not long enough to give a good review so for this post I'll stick to my best friends of the beauty world! Those products you can always rely on and just run in and grab off the shelf!
I'll start with the basics and work my way up! The moisturiser I am using is L'Oréals Youth Code Luminize moisturiser! I've always suffered with a really dry nose but normal skin everywhere else, this has really worked to help even out my skin and makes my skin feel really fresh in a morning!
After I always apply a primer as my make up really doesn't last as well without any. I had been using Collection 2000's primed and ready but I have bought a new one by No7 called Airbrush Away and have been using that one, just not long enough to give me good idea how well it works.
The next product I then use is L'Oréals Nude Magique CC cream in the anti dullness or i use one of two different BB creams. I have Rimmel's 9 in 1 BB cream in light and Garnier's all in one BB cream in light / clear. Which product I use depends on the situation or my skin on the day, so if I'm going out I'll use the Garnier cream as it doesn't have any SPF in it so cutting out chance of flashback in pictures but day to day I would use either the CC cream or Rimmel's cream.
Onto my foundation now, Rimmel's Stay Matte foundation is my fav at the moment in 200 soft beige, it has great coverage for me and really stays matte which I really like, nothing worse for me than shiny skin lol so the moment I saw this product I was drawn to it and I've liked it that much I've just bought the stay matte pressed powder, hopefully it works just as well :).
I truly love contouring and the way it can change and emphasis your face shape for the better! I have the Costal Scents Contour and Blush palette which has six different shades to use which all work really well with my skin and so much so this isbthe is the palette that got me using blush again for the first time in years! I've always been a bronzer kinda girl but after playing about with this palette I've started using just a little blush on the apples of my cheeks. I do still use bronzer religiously before I leave the house and I love a mix of Benifits Hoola and Maybelline's Dream Sun blended together to get an lovely finish.
Speaking of Benifit I love using their Fake Up stick! I feel it is so easy to use and looks great on my skin and has great coverage!

Onto my eyes now! I use Soap and Glory's it's about prime! Really love this as a base for my eyes as it feels great, works great as a base colour as well as a highlighter on my brow bone!
My favourite eyeliner of the moment is my cheapest as well! It's Natural Collections black liquid eyeliner! Just is so easy to apply and not to runny or thick its just right for me! I also use Maybelline's gel liners as well but I use them more if I'm going out and want a more smokey/smudged line ;)
I own way to many mascaras and use them all depent on how I want my lashs to look and also use a few at a time to build up to the right look but the one I keep grabbing first at the minute is Maybelline's Great Lash in Blackest Black! It coats the lashs well and really is a jet black so finishes any look well but is quite slow to dry I find!

When it comes to eyeshadows I love a good palette! I have many but my fav day to day one has to be Two Faced's Natural Eye collection or Costal Scents Revealed palette! Love them both and couldn't live without them! I love a subtle smokey eye and rarely leave the house without doing it!
As mentioned on a previous blog I'm not a lipstick fan usually and it's only recently I've bought and used more lipsticks so I would honestly say I wouldn't have one in my day to day make up bag but I would just have a tin of Vaseline!
Well I hope you have enjoyed the peek into my "make up bag" and have got an idea into what I like and the products I use!
